Maaret Forst is a California licensed real estate broker and Managing Broker at Keller Williams Thrive Santa Cruz, bringing more than two decades of experience in residential real estate leadership, brokerage oversight, and transaction strategy. Licensed since 2005, she has been responsible for guiding, reviewing, and overseeing more than 1,500 closed transaction sides across Santa Cruz and surrounding counties through her leadership roles.
From 2005 to 2019, Maaret was a key leader within the Madani Team, which became Santa Cruz County’s top producing real estate team in 2015. In 2019, she co-founded ROOM Real Estate, helping scale it into the #9 ranked mega team in California. Throughout her career, she has managed and coached hundreds of agents, supported top producers, and served as a trusted authority on contracts, compliance, negotiations, and market strategy.
Today, Maaret focuses on education, leadership, and consumer advocacy.
